LAS VEGAS, June 4 (UPI) — Britney Spears likes to paint topless while listening to Mariah Carey.
The 33-year-old singer admitted as much in an interview with Dan & Maz on Australian radio station 2Day 104.1. Spears and Carey both hold residencies in Las Vegas, but the former said their paths haven’t crossed in person yet.
“I love Mariah Carey,” she declared. “I have an art room and I just paint on the walls and do all this crazy stuff. I bought her greatest hits and her new Infinity record yesterday, and I was just in there with my top off, just painting and doing all this artsy fartsy stuff. I love her. I love her voice.”
Spears kicked off her Piece of Me residency at The Axis at Planet Hollywood in 2013, and recently announced she will continue to perform into the fall. The singer last released Britney Jean, and unveiled her 18th perfume Wednesday.
Carey began her #1 to Infinity residency at The Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace in May, and is slated to perform through Feb. 2016. The show features the singer’s 18 U.S. No. 1 hits, which are included on new compilation album #1 to Infinity.
