CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 9 (UPI) — First he took the NBA by storm, now Jeremy Lin’s new hairstyle is doing the same.
Lin took the court with the Charlotte Hornets Wednesday minus his trademark mohawk.
His new shiny haircut is buzzed on the sides, long on the top, and forms into a short ponytail in the back.
The 13-8 Hornets beat the 12-8 Miami Heat 99-81 in the contest at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte. Lin scored five points and had two assists in almost 16 minutes of playing time.
Lin, 27, is averaging 10.5 points, three assists, and 2.8 rebounds in 20 games this season. Lin has played for five different teams in the last six seasons.
