LOS ANGELES, May 9 (UPI) — Chris Hemsworth showed off his baking skills for daughter India’s fourth birthday.
The 32-year-old Australian actor baked a T-rex cake to celebrate the occasion with his daughter and wife Elsa Pataky. Hemsworth and the 39-year-old Spanish actress welcomed India on May 11, 2012.
“What happens when the bakery says they don’t have time to make your daughter a birthday cake? You get involved and smash one out yourself! I call it ‘La T Rex a la chocolate,’” the star captioned a photo of his creation.
“Papa working hard on India’s birthday cake! Happy birthday India, love you more than anything! #family #love #birthdaygirl,” Pataky added on her own Instagram account.
Hemsworth and Pataky, who married in 2010, are also parents to 2-year-old twin sons Tristan and Sasha. The actor revealed India requested a penis like her brothers’ when he visited The Ellen DeGeneres Show in April.
“My daughter’s kind of envious of my boys at the moment,” Hemsworth said. “She came to me the other day and she’s like, ‘Ya know, papa, I want one of those things that Sasha and Tristan have.”
“She goes, ‘I really want one … I want a penis!’” he recounted. “I was like, ‘You know what? You can be whatever you want to be.’ She goes, ‘Thanks, dad,’ and runs off to the playground and that was it.”
Hemsworth will next appear in the female-led Ghostbusters reboot, which stars Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Wiig, and opens July 15. He is also slated to reprise the Marvel character Thor in Thor: Ragnarok, out Nov. 3, 2017.
