LOS ANGELES, Oct. 21 (UPI) — Chris Pratt has landed a guest role on wife Anna Faris’ show Mom.

The 37-year-old actor will play the 39-year-old actress’ new love interest in Season 4, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Pratt will portray Nick, a “charming” horseback-riding instructor who piques Christy’s (Faris) interest. The character is nephew to Christy’s friend Marjorie (Mimi Kennedy), who declares her relative off-limits.

The Take Me Home Tonight co-stars have also collaborated on the films What’s Your Number? and Movie 43. They married in Bali, Indonesia, in 2009, and share 4-year-old son Jack.

Pratt had told Parade in September that he will take a six-month break from acting to spend time with his family. He recently finished filming The Magnificent Seven, Passengers and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 in succession.

“I’ve been on the road for 14 months — I did three movies back to back to back — so I’m taking six months off,” the star said at the time.

“I’m taking Jack to Jack’s Beach — which is what we named the little stretch of beach on an island up on the San Juan Islands where we got a place,” he revealed. “We’re going to go back to the fort we built … and see if that’s still there. If not, we’re going to build it again.”

Mom will return for a fourth season Oct. 27 on CBS, with Pratt’s guest spot slated for early 2017.
