LOS ANGELES, Oct. 14 (UPI) — Chrissy Teigen debuted her tiny baby bump on the red carpet Tuesday in Los Angeles.
The 29-year-old model attended the La Mer Celebration of an Icon event at Siren Studios one day after announcing she is pregnant with her first child by husband John Legend.
Teigen glowed as she posed for photographs in a form-fitting white dress, but declined to talk about her pregnancy with reporters. She and Legend struggled to conceive, as revealed on her new talk show, FABLife, in September.
The model joked about her pregnancy ahead of the La Mer bash, tweeting, “I am so excited I could barf 4-5 times a day.” She also confessed to craving pizza, writing, “I have come to realize that at some point in the day, I will order and consume a pizza so it might as well be in the morning.”
Teigen and Legend met on the set of the 36-year-old singer’s “Stereo” music video in 2007, and married in Como, Italy, in September 2013. The couple are known for their playful relationship, and opened up their apartment to Architectural Digest this year.
The model is known for her work with Sports Illustrated, and co-hosts Spike series Lip Sync Battle in addition to FABLife. Legend released his fourth studio album, Love in the Future, in August 2013, which includes the Teigen-inspired song “All of Me.”
