NEW YORK, Aug. 18 (UPI) — Christie Brinkley’s youngest daughter recently modeled for Seventeen magazine.
Sailor Brinkley Cook, 17, will appear in the publication’s September issue modeling different looks from recent Parsons School of Design graduates. The teenager signed with IMG Models in November 2013.
Brinkley, 61, shared a photo from the spread Tuesday on Instagram, and praised her daughter in the caption. “In Seventeen at 17! You glow girl! @sailorbrinkleycook @seventeen magazine photographer @tomschimacher glam team @kristinhilton @jamesdemolet #zaiyalatt.”
Cook revealed in the interview she would like to attend Parsons for photography. She previously told E! News she aspires to emulate her mom in that “[Brinkley’s] main beauty secret is to smile a lot because she wants to exude positive energy and happiness in the modeling industry.”
Cook is Brinkley’s only child by fourth husband Peter Cook, and half-sister to Alexa Ray Joel and Jack Brinkley Cook. The teenager previously covered Bella, and modeled with her mom for Hamptons magazine’s 2013 holiday issue.
