LOS ANGELES, May 3 (UPI) — Suicide Squad director David Ayer has posted on Twitter the first photos of several of the stars of his supervillain ensemble picture in their costumes.
“Task Force X assembled and ready,” he tweeted along with an image of Margot Robbie, Cara Delevingne, Jai Courtney and their fellow cast members dressed as their characters.
A second tweet captioned: “Deadshot #SuicideSquad” featured a photo of Will Smith’s gun-toting baddie, who was nearly covered in clothing, armor and a helmet, with only one eye and his fingers visible.
Pictures of Jared Leto’s Joker were previously posted online.
The film is set for release Aug. 5, 2016.
