LOS ANGELES, March 30 (UPI) — Debby Ryan showed off her new lavender hair as she posed for pictures during Satuday’s Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards 2015.
The 21-year-old actress — who is best known for her roles in the Disney channel series The Suite Life on Deck and Jessie — first teased her new hair color on Instagram hours before the show.

Ryan last made headlines earlier this month after she opened up about her experience in an abusive relationship. Since, she has become a spokeswoman for “Don’t Look Away” and anti domestic-violence campaign spenders by Mary Key.
The Nichelodeon’s KCA were hosted by former boybander Nick Jonas and featured a special appearance from actress Angelina Jolie, who at point shared a powerful message about how “different good.”
