Demi Moore reportedly pays $715 a session for pet’s acupuncture

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 25 (UPI) — Demi Moore reportedly spends quite a sum to keep her pets in top shape.

The famed actress reportedly spends about $715 twice a week to have her pet Chihuahua, Vida Blue, undergo acupuncture treatment, Us Weekly reports.

According to sources, the pet has no known health issues, but Moore, 53, “is just really into holistic food and medicine for her animals, the way she is for herself.”

Acupuncture for dogs stimulates naturally occurring pain relief, relaxation and blood flow, according to PetMD. The traditional Chinese therapy can reportedly treat arthritis, trauma, allergies and even cancer.
