CAMDEN, N.J., Aug. 6 (UPI) — A railing collapsed during a Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa concert in New Jersey Friday night, injuring concert-goers who tumbled over each other.

Video shows dozens of concert goers tumbling onto a concrete floor as the railing gave way shortly after the rappers appeared on a secondary stage at the BB&T Pavilion.

According to NBC Philadelphia, a Camden County Police Department spokesman said 15 people were sent to a local hospital, while a spokesman for Camden County government said a total of 42 people were taken for treatment.

The performers were ushered off the stage as the concert abruptly ended following the incident at about 10:30 p.m.

A stadium announcer instructed the audience to stay calm as some concertgoers ran from the pile while some required help from others to limp away from the scene, according to philly.com.

A triage area was set up in the stadium parking lot and while the majority of the injuries included broken bones and other abrasions, one unidentified person was taken to Cooper Trauma Center with a critical injury.

BB&T Pavilion management at Live Nation said the “I Love the 90’s with Salt N Pepa & More” will still be held at the venue at 6 p.m. on Saturday despite the incident.
