SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, Calif., Dec. 2 (UPI) — Authorities said they are responding to a report of an active shooting in Southern California, and that 20 victims may have been wounded.
The sheriff’s office and fire department in San Bernardino County tweeted details of the incident late Wednesday morning local time.
“[The San Bernardino Police Department] has confirmed an active shooter in the area,” the sheriff’s ofice said in the tweet.
Circumstances of the shooting were not immediately detailed.
