WASHINGTON, April 2 (UPI) — Song of Ice and Fire series author George R.R. Martin has released a new chapter from the upcoming Winds of Winter, the sixth book in the series.
The chapter is written from the point of view of Sansa Stark, and contains spoilers.
The book is a long way from completion. Martin’s publisher has said the book will not be released in 2015, but fans should not lose heart — Martin said he is buckling down to focus on writing the novel.
Fans who watch the HBO series Game of Thrones won’t avoid spoilers in the upcoming season, which will reportedly move ahead of the book series.
