BERLIN (AP) — Police in Germany are searching for evidence after a doctor making an emergency house call found the bodies of multiple babies.
Police told the dpa news agency Friday they are still trying to determine exactly how many dead infants are in the house in the northern Bavaria town of Wallenfels, not far from the Czech border.
The bodies were found by a doctor when he made a call to the house on Thursday afternoon. Police say it’s currently not clear how long the babies had been dead nor who was living in the house at the time of their deaths.
