Glastonbury festival lineup is announced; Pussy Riot to participate in panel discussion

LONDON, June 2 (UPI) — The complete lineup for Britain’s Glastonbury music festival, which is to take place June 24-28, has been announced.

Set to perform at the Friday show are Foo Fighters, Florence + the Machine, Motorhead, Mary J. Blige and Mark Ronson, the event’s website said. The feminist music group Pussy Riot — known for its international political protests — will participate in a panel discussion, as well.

Saturday’s slate will include Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, Burt Bacharach, Deadmau5, Azealia Banks and George Clinton.

Taking the stage Sunday will be The Who, Donovan, Charli XCX, Death Cab for Cutie, Lionel Richie, Patti Smith, Hozier, FKA Twigs and Ryan Adams.
