NEW YORK, April 22 (UPI) — TV Land has renewed Younger, its original series starring Sutton Foster, Hilary Duff, Debi Mazar, Miriam Shor and Nico Tortorella, for a second season.
Darren Star created the program, which will return for another 12 episodes.
“Younger is the first step in TV Land’s evolution, and we are very proud to announce a second season,” Keith Cox, executive vice president of development and original programming for TV Land, said in a statement Tuesday. “We’re thrilled to continue working with Darren, and really eager to see where he takes this story and our amazing cast next.”
“We couldn’t be more excited that audiences are discovering Younger and falling in love with our fabulous cast,” added Star. “I can’t wait to have everyone back in New York to shoot Season 2.”
