CLICHY, France, Oct. 30 (UPI) — Irina Shayk is the new face of cosmetics company L’Oreal Paris.
The 29-year-old Russian model joins Blake Lively, Eva Longoria, Jennifer Lopez, Zoe Saldana, Freida Pinto and Doutzen Kroes as a spokesmodel for the brand. Shayk and L’Oreal Paris revealed the news Wednesday on Instagram.
“I am so excited, and honored to announce that I am joining the @lorealparisofficial family, as their new international spokesperson!” the model wrote. “To stand beside the likes of @jlo @juliannemoore, @evalongoria and Jane Fonda.. All icons, of whom I’ve looked up to is a dream come true.”
“There are some moments you will never forget, and I want to thank @chapuyc and the wonderful L’Oreal team from the bottom of my heart for what they’ve given me, and the beauty their brand inspires in so many,” she added.
Shayk is known for her work with Sports Illustrated, having appeared in the magazine’s Swimsuit Issue every year since 2007. She made her acting debut in Hercules with Dwayne Johnson, and has been dating actor Bradley Cooper since the spring.
