LOS ANGELES, April 2 (UPI) — Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheco have reached a custody agreement over daughter Ava.
The 44-year-old actor and his estranged wife will share joint legal and physical custody, despite Pacheco having petitioned for full custody of their first and only child.
Pacheco will not receive the spousal support she sought, but will be paid $13,000 a month in child support. Renner’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, declared the case resolved when Pacheco’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, alluded to further issues in court, according to TMZ.
Renner and Pacheco confirmed Ava’s birth in March 2013, and married in early 2014. The actress filed for divorce in December, and the couple’s former roommate, Kristoff Winters, has alleged Pacheco wed Renner to obtain her green card.
