LOS ANGELES, Sept. 16 (UPI) — Jessica Simpson turned up the heat to celebrate husband Eric Johnson’s 36th birthday Tuesday.
The 35-year-old designer marked the occasion by posting a steamy message to the retired NFL player on Instagram.
“My husband is hotter than yours!” she captioned a photo of Johnson on Instagram. “Happy Birthday Eric Maxwell Johnson! You forever make me lust.”
The couple have been together since 2010, and married in July 2014. The pair share two children, 3-year-old daughter Maxwell and 2-year-old son Ace, whom the designer often shares photos of on social media.
Simpson was previously wed to 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey, and made headlines last week for calling the marriage her “biggest money mistake.” Lachey revealed he and Simpson don’t speak in an interview last year, and expressed relief they never had children.
Simpson came to fame as a singer and announced her return to the music industry earlier this month. She will continue to oversee her billion-dollar fashion empire, and launch activewear line The Warm Up at Macy’s stores in November.
