PHOENIX, July 14 (UPI) — Tulsa Shock star Glory Johnson pled not guilty to a domestic violence case involving estranged wife, NBA star Brittany Griner, according to TMZ.
Johnson and Griner were both arrested after an April 22 fight at their Arizona home. Griner pled to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct, but Johnson maintains her innocence.
Johnson, who is currently pregnant with twins, said she was unaware when she discovered Griner had filed to annual their marriage less than 24-hours after Johnson announced her pregnancy.
Now Johnson seeks temporary spousal support and attorney fees from Griner.
ESPN reports that June 29 court filings “detail Johnson’s request that Griner pay $20,000 per month in spousal support, plus a $10,000 advancement toward attorney fees for Johnson’s counsel.”
