WASHINGTON, Nov. 5 (UPI) — Justin Bieber has taken creative license to the streets with his alternative method of announcing the track list to his upcoming album, Purpose.
The 21-year-old “I’ll Show You” singer recently took to Twitter to announce the name of each song on the record in the order which they appear using unique commissioned street art in cities around the world.
The first song, “Mark My Words,” was announced using a black and white wall mural created in Sydney, Australia, the second in London, England. Bieber tweeted 16 more photos of different murals showcasing the song titles from his pop album including “Love Yourself” in Oslo, Norway; “Company” in Berlin, Germany; “No Pressure” in New York, N.Y.; and “No Sense” in Philadelphia, Pa.
Other song titles include “What Do You Mean?” “Sorry,” “The Feeling,” “Life Is Worth Living,” “Where Are U Now,” “Children,” “Purpose,” “Been You,” “Get Used to Me,” “We Are,” “Trust,” and “All In It.”
When announcing a special track will be added on to pre-orders of his new album in October, Bieber made a point to reveal to fans he will not be disclosing the Purpose track list in the usual way. “Pre-order’s out,” he said, in a Twitter video at the time, “which means you can usually see the track listing, but in this case you can’t.”
