WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 (UPI) — Justin Bieber’s first album since 2012’s Believe is expected to be released mid-November, according to reports.
The still untitled record’s rumored release date began circulating early this week, with sources hinting at a Friday, Nov. 13 debut. Billboard reportedly confirmed that date as the anticipated reveal.
The full-length studio album will feature Bieber’s upcoming single “What Do You Mean?” for which he launched a social media campaign calling on other fellow celebrities to count down until its Aug. 28 release.
Ed Sheeran, Little Mix, Big Sean and other Bieber buds have heeded the call to help the pop star build excitement over the song, which he described to Ryan Seacrest last month as “uptempo” and “summery.”
“Girls are often flip-floppy,” Bieber told Seacrest about his song’s questioning title. “They say something and then they mean something else.”
Bieber’s last release, a collaborative track with EDM artists Skrillex and Diplo called “Where Are Ü Now,” is said to sound similar to his upcoming album. The club hit is placed at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
