LOS ANGELES, Sept. 29 (UPI) — A prenuptial agreement will be honored as actress Kaley Cuoco and professional tennis player Ryan Sweeting’s divorce moves forward.
The couple were married 20 months before the Big Bang Theory actress filed for divorce at the Los Angeles Superior Court last week. Her petition, citing the agreement, was reportedly released Monday afternoon.
No details regarding the prenup have been released.
No reason apart from irreconcilable differences has been outlined as the cause for the couple’s split. Cuoco, 29, and Sweeting, 28, dated for about three months before marrying in 2013. The actress dated co-star Johnny Galecki for several years before linking with Sweeting.
