CINCINNATI, Dec. 9 (UPI) — Model and former Miss Alabama Katherine Webb announced she and her husband, Bengals quarterback AJ McCarron, are expecting their first child.
Webb shared the news on social media alongside a photo of the two posing while Webb underwent a sonogram.
“We are having a BOY!” Webb wrote on Twitter. “So excited and feel extremely blessed!! Can’t wait to share this journey with you all.”
On Instagram, the former pageant queen expanded the announcement, sharing that getting pregnant “hasn’t been an easy journey.” The couple waited four months before announcing the news.
Webb and McCarron announced their engagement on social media in March 2014, sharing photos of her ring and engagement cakes on Twitter. The couple were married the following July.
