LOS ANGELES, Aug. 19 (UPI) — Kendall Jenner mimicked half-sister Kim Kardashian’s famous “belfie” on Tuesday.
The 19-year-old model took inspiration from her 34-year-old sister and imitated Kardashian’s memorable “belfie,” or “butt selfie,” for a new photo. Kardashian had shared her snapshot to celebrate reaching 27 million Instagram followers in February.
Jenner’s photo has received over 1.3 million likes thus far, over 300,000 more than her sister’s snapshot. The teenager is currently on vacation in St. Barts with mom Kris Jenner, and sported the same olive two-piece in a bikini photo with sister Kylie Jenner.
Jenner previously surpassed Kardashian’s record for the most-liked photo on Instagram. The model earned over 3 million likes for an ethereal snapshot she posted in June, compared to 2.4 million likes for Kardashian’s wedding portrait with Kanye West.
Jenner and her sisters are notoriously active on social media, with Kardashian having even released an entire selfie book, Selfish, in May. The model is known for her work with Chanel, and will return on E! series Keeping Up with the Kardashians in the fall.
