LONDON, Nov. 30 (UPI) — Britain’s Kensington Palace shared on Twitter Wednesday photos of Prince Harry attending events with music superstar Rihanna.
“Prince Harry and @rihanna join the stage as tonight’s concert celebrating 50 years of Independence in Barbados begins #RoyalVisitBarbados,” the palace captioned a picture of Harry sitting with the recording artist, who was born in Barbados.
“I am honoured to be representing my grandmother The Queen as we celebrate the historic milestone of #50Barbados,” another tweet quoted Harry as saying, referring to Queen Elizabeth II.
Entertainment Tonight said the Toast of the Nation celebration and subsequent concert were part of the prince’s two-week tour of the Caribbean.
