LOS ANGELES, March 7 (UPI) — Kim Kardashian poses completely nude for a photo shoot in the latest preview of Season 10 of her family’s reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
“If I get pregnant again soon, my body is going to totally transform. So, I’m doing this photo shoot today naked,” Kardashian said in the preview, which was first posted on the E! News website. “I just want to capture my body and have these photos to last forever.”
KUWTK is to kick off its 10th season on E! March 15.
Kardashian and her husband Kanye West have a daughter North West, who will turn 2 in June. The couple reportedly have been trying to have a second child.
