BURBANK, Calif., Sept. 30 (UPI) — Kim Kardashain says she likes the name Easton for her and Kanye West’s first son, but the rapper is not keen in going that direction.
While appearing on The Ellen Degeneres Show, the pregnant Kardashian and mother of toddler North West, chimed in her thoughts on potential baby names.
“I do like the name Easton,” she said. “I don’t think my husband likes that name…I don’t think we’ll go another direction. It’s definitely not South.”
Kardashian’s appearance on Degeneres comes a day after several reports revealed her baby is expected to be born Christmas Day. The news prompted a slew of social media trends and hashtags dubbing the new addition “Baby Yeezus,” alluding to the holiday’s traditional roots.
The apparent delivery date has yet to be confirmed by the soon-to-be mother of two, but Kardashian’s full interview with Degeneres — airing later Wednesday — may shed light on the rumor.
