LOS ANGELES, May 15 (UPI) — Kristen Stewart often gets criticized for her demeanor in interviews, but when the actress gets in the front seat of her friend’s car for a one-on-one talk, she becomes more candid.
Stewart’s childhood friend, Suzie Riemer, hosts a video series called “Carversations,” where she drives around Los Angeles with a variety of celebrities including Riley Keough, Christina Perri and Vance Joy. On this week’s episode, Riemer picks up the former Twilight actress and drives her to LACMA for a screening of Clouds of Sils Maria.
Stewart, 25, is visibly relaxed and first shares details about the film, for which the actress won a César Award.
“I don’t know if you’re a little nervous if it’s just us two, so I thought I would just bring my good, old friend César, who you ironically won for this movie we are going to see,” the host joked as she handed Stewart a replica of the award.
Asked what she would do if she wasn’t acting, Stewart replied: “I’d probably be like, catering, hoping to get into props and writing my first screenplay thinking that I was gonna change the world of cinema” she responded.
After the two make fun of one of Stewart’s nervous quirks, she reveals she’s a huge fan of Sam Smith and even sings along to Ariana Grande’s “Love Me Harder.”
On Thursday, MTV debuted posters for Stewart’s new film American Ultra, which also stars Jesse Eisenberg. The movie is set to open in theaters August 21.
