LOS ANGELES, April 29 (UPI) — Kristen Stewart may be U.K.’s Harper’s Bazaar June cover star, but she spills some problems that occur across the pond, in Hollywood.

The actress who has been in the entertainment business since she was 9 years old told the magazine during an interview that, “women inevitably have to work a little bit harder to be heard. Hollywood is disgustingly sexist. It’s crazy. It’s so offensive it’s crazy.”

Stewart reached fame peaks when she played the role of Bella Swan in the Twilight Saga. Being one half of the ‘it’ couple of the moment, Stewart constantly had to deal with the challenges that came with fame. She told the interview of how unappealing it really is.

“Fame is the worst thing in the world. Especially if it’s pointless. When people say, ‘I want to be famous’ Why? You don’t do anything.”

The starlet who graces the cover photo fully dressed in Chanel, who she also models for, said what it was like in the beginning of her career compared to now.

“I felt quite out of place and young. And I remember meeting some of the worst people you could possibly imagine. Just soul-sucking, cut-throat fashion people, the full-on Devil Wears Prada.

She continued dishing about her work with the famous brand, saying, “And then I also met some others who were so respectful and natural and creative and involving. Everyone I ever met from Chanel was wonderful, and working with them has been amazing. As an outsider, I thought, “He’s [Karl] probably insanely pretentious,” but he’s the opposite of what you’d assume. He’s funny and quick and can talk to you about anything.”

The June issue hits newsstands April 30.
