Lady Gaga among the stars to turn out for the ‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ premiere

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 4 (UPI) — Lady Gaga, Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson and Angela Bassett were among the stars who turned out for Saturday’s premiere of American Horror Story: Hotel in Los Angeles.

Also attending the glitzy event at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live were cast members Evan Peters, Chloe Sevigny, Finn Wittrock and Cheyenne Jackson, as well as the show’s co-creator Brad Falchuk.

Set to premiere Wednesday on FX, Hotel is the fifth season in the anthology series.

Each season of the supernatural drama takes place in a different time and place with many of the same actors returning from cycle to cycle as different characters. Previous seasons have followed the denizens of a freak show, witches’ coven, insane asylum and haunted house. The upcoming 13 episodes are set in a creepy Los Angeles hotel.
