NEW YORK, April 23 (UPI) — What came first the chicken or the egg? In “The Kinneys’” case it’s the chicken.
Lady Gaga shared a photograph with Instagram followers Wednesday night of a chicken coop that she and future husband Taylor Kinney built right in their back yard.
“Time to lay eggs in the Kinneys’ Coop!,” the Grammy winner commented on the photo. “Fresh eggs all summer. We built a beautiful spacious coop to house these happy young chickens!”
Kinney purposed to Gaga on Valentine’s Day with a heart-shaped, 15-carat, Lorraine Schwartz sparkler, adorned with the couple’s T and S initials on the band.
While wedding details are scarce, the “Alejandro” singer once told Howard Stern, “The thought of a wedding to me is exhausting. Why would I put myself through that?
“I want to go to David’s Bridal. Here’s my dream wedding: David’s Bridal, grooms go on the men’s side, girls go on the female side. We get completely hammered, we get the worst dresses we can find and then we go to the courthouse.”
That may have been her idea back in 2013, when she gave that interview, but things may have changed since E! News reported that Tony Bennet has been asked to sing at the couple’s upcoming nuptials.
Earlier at this year’s Oscars, only a couple of weeks after the engagement, Mother Monster gushed to Access Hollywood about her fiancé. “From the moment I met him, my heart was with him, when you’re in love and have love it makes everything better.”
