NEW YORK, Dec. 12 (UPI) — British actress Lauren Cohan is sporting a pixie-cut hairdo for the holidays.
E! News said the 33-year-old Walking Dead veteran turned heads when she debuted her new look at the iHeart Radio/Z100 Jingle Ball mega-concert in Manhattan Friday.
She also wore a low-cut, black top with grey, skinny jeans, black boots and a black blazer with the sleeves rolled up for the event.
Cohan had a shoulder-length hairstyle in October when she attended her show’s Season 6 premiere. Her short hair was on display earlier this month in a selfie posted to Twitter to promote her upcoming film The Boy.
Speculation is that she decided to chop her brown locks to more closely resemble how her character Maggie appears in The Walking Dead comic-book series.
