LOS ANGELES, March 27 (UPI) — Lea Michele sported a toned-down look on the Scream Queens set this week.
Series creator Ryan Murphy shared a photo of the 28-year-old actress in a casual ensemble while filming the new Fox horror-comedy show. Michele’s jeans and windbreaker were a marked departure from the skirts and blouses her Glee character, Rachel Berry, usually wore.
“2 Scream Queens,” the Glee and American Horror Story creator captioned the picture of Michele and co-star Jamie Lee Curtis.

“My character is so different than anything you’ve ever seen me do before. You won’t see me or Rachel Berry anywhere in there,” the actress recently told ET. She added to USA Today, “When I went on my first day, no one even recognized me. This is like my Charlize Theron in Monster moment.”
Michele portrayed Berry on all six seasons of Glee, which came to a final close last week. Scream Queens will also co-star Emma Roberts, Nick Jonas and Keke Palmer, and is scheduled to premiere in the fall. Season one will revolve around a series of murders on a college campus.
