NEW YORK, May 3 (UPI) — A small-screen adaptation of Leo Tolstoy’s literary classic War and Peace is to air simultaneously on Lifetime, A&E and History later this year.
The six-part miniseries will star Lily James, Gillian Anderson, James Norton, Paul Dano and Jim Broadbent, Deadline reported.
The co-production with The Weinstein Co. and the BBC will follow the lives of a group of aristocrats in early 19th century Russia.
