LOS ANGELES, Nov. 30 (UPI) — Miley Cyrus, Dolly Parton and Pentatonix performed Parton’s hit Jolene, which Cyrus and Pentatonix have covered, on The Voice on Tuesday night.
Cyrus, who is a coach on this season of the singing competition, covered her godmother’s 1973 classic as part of her Backyard Sessions series in 2012.
A capella group Pentatonix joined forces with Parton for their own rendition of the song, which they released in September.
The song, which was written by Parton, became her second solo number one single.
