LOS ANGELES, July 1 (UPI) — Miley Cyrus, 22 went from Hollywood sweetheart to bad girl overnight, but recently the pop star has been doing a lot of good.

Cyrus who started the Happy Hippie foundation, which provides housing to homeless LGBT teens is looking to highlight the different members of the LGBT community.

The starlet, who is working with Instagram, is posting #InstaPride the photos to her Happy Hippie Foundation page.

Though Cyrus launched the campaign on June 15, she shows no signs of stopping in her LGBT efforts. Recently she spoke with Time magazine about her efforts, saying: “Anyone should be able to express how they feel, without question, and be able to live.”

Cyrus opened up about her sexuality recently and said it is the reason for her campaign with Instagram. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Cyrus talked about not putting a label on her sexuality.

USA Today reported Cyrus was honored at the sixth annual amFAR Inspiration Gala for all the work she has done with her Happy Hippie Foundation and #InstaPride campaign.

Cyrus is nowhere near stopping her efforts, though she told Yahoo News she is excited about the work she has been doing and proud of the changes in the United States.
