ROTHSAY, Minn., Dec. 11 (UPI) — Minnesota police shared photos of the aftermath of a massive potato truck spill that happened on Monday.
The spill occurred when a semi-truck overturned on I-94 in western Minnesota spilling hundreds, if not thousands, of potatoes as depicted in the photos posted to Facebook.
“A semi lost it’s load Monday on I-94 near Rothsay,” the post read. “Troopers had to temporarily shut down the east bound lane of the high way but nobody was injured.”
During the shutdown, snowplows and bulldozers were deployed to clean up the giant mess.
