LOS ANGELES, Oct. 28 (UPI) — Backstreet Boy Nick Carter is reportedly a soon-to-be dad as multiple outlets report he and his wife Lauren Kitt are expecting their first child together.
According to several reports, fitness expert Kitt is four months pregnant and the couple are “overjoyed.” The former boy-band member and current contestant on Dancing With The Stars has yet to confirm the news.
“They are so happy and overjoyed,” a source told Us Weekly. “They’ve been trying and waiting for such a long time.”
Carter, 35, and Kitt, 32, married in 2014 after a year of engagement; they first met in 2008 on a blind date. “I just felt an instant connection,” Carter said of discovering Kitt was “the one” in an interview last year. “It’s like I just wanted to be around her.”
Last year, the couple appeared on a VH1 reality show leading up to their wedding called I Heart Nick Carter.
