June 26 (UPI) — Celebrity couple Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban celebrated “11 years of love” over the weekend.
The 50-year-old Australian actress and 49-year-old country star marked their 11th wedding anniversary Sunday by dedicating sweet posts to each other on social media.
“11 years of love that I thank God for every day. I love you Keith Lionel more and more. Happy anniversary,” Kidman captioned a photo on Facebook from their wedding day.
“Happy Anniversary Babygirl,” Urban added to a slideshow of pictures on Instagram. “Eleven years and you still feel like my girlfriend!!! -KU.”
Kidman and Urban married in 2006, and share two daughters, 8-year-old Sunday and 6-year-old Faith. The actress opened up in the July issue of InStyle about her marriage to Urban and their close bond as a family.
“Keith and I don’t ever text. We call. That’s just what we’ve always done. We’re old school,” she told the magazine.
“On weekends, we just hang — wake up, get the paper,” the star added. “We eat together as a family, breakfast and dinner always. We’re very, very tight. It’s how I was raised. It’s what I know.”
Kidman celebrated her 50th birthday with Urban and their daughters last week. She marked the occasion on Facebook, writing, “So happy to be with my family. Nothing makes me happier. Thank you for all the birthday love and birthday wishes.”
