Nina Dobrev, Jessica Stam stun at Leonardo DiCaprio charity gala

ST. TROPEZ, France, July 24 (UPI) — Nina Dobrev and friend Jessica Stam turned heads at Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation Gala on Wednesday.

The 26-year-old American actress and 29-year-old Canadian model were among the many celebrities who attended the second annual fundraiser. The charity event raised more than $40 million for environmental causes.

Dobrev wore a white Reem Acra gown with metallic detail, while Stam and actress Michelle Rodriguez both sported see-through looks by Francesco Scognamiglio. The model’s sheer, black dress featured detailed, white embroidery.

Dobrev, Stam, Rodriguez, Reem Acra and Francesco Scognamiglio all shared photos from the event on Instagram. The actress and the model soaked up the sun with friends prior to the fundraiser, and also posted a number of bikini photos.

Dobrev is best known for portraying Elena Gilbert on The CW series The Vampire Diaries, but left the show after six seasons. Stam has walked the runway for Chanel, Christian Dior and Givenchy, and was named the face of CoverGirl in 2011.
