SALGAR, Colombia, Nov. 4 (UPI) — Colombian TV novela actress Adriana Campos and her partner Carlos Rincon died in a serious car crash.
Latin Times reported the couple was driving southwest when the driver of the car lost control, causing it to drop into the Cauca River. Campos, 36, and Rincon leave behind a 1-year-old son, Geronimo.
The novela actress is well-known for her roles in Vecinos, Bella Calamidades and El Clon. With a 15-year career, Campos also appeared in film and television series including 2006 romantic comedy Gringo Wedding and 2011’s Colombian Postcards.
Campos was previously nominated for multiple Premios TV y Novelas awards including Best Supporting Actress. Before becoming engaged to Rincon, she dated actor Mauricio Ochmann in 2010.
