Jan. 24 (UPI) — Aaron Rodgers’ lovely girlfriend is only rumored to be at the center of his family feud, but she’s not letting that fog her sunny disposition.

Actress Olivia Munn wrote a letter Monday to the team’s fans and posted it to Instagram. The gesture follows the Packers’ NFC Championship loss to the Atlanta Falcons.

“So proud of this team,” Munn wrote. “They faced a lot of adversity on and off the field, but battled to get this far. Thank you to those of you who encouraged and supported them by choosing to put out only positive energy. It helped them get this far.”

A source told the New York Post last week that Rodgers’ family “didn’t trust” the actress who “wasn’t with him for the right reasons.”

This came days after the New York Times wrote an article profiling the two-time MVP, saying that Rodgers’ “family huddle is broken.”

Rodgers’ younger brother Jordan, who appeared on the Bachelorette, first sparked rumors of the family’s dissonance when he told JoJo Fletcher that the two weren’t close. Ed and Darla Rodgers also have an older son named Luke.

“Fame can change things,” Ed Rodgers told the Times.

A Bleacher Report article from November said that Rodgers hasn’t talked to his family since the end of 2014. Ed Rogers said the report was accurate.

Rodgers began dating Munn in 2014, after winning a Super Bowl in 2011. In 2015, Packers fans were quick to jump on the actress for being a distraction. In November of that year, ESPN’s Rob Demovsky cited “possible off-field issues” as a reason for Rodgers’ struggles. The Packers went 10-6 that season, after starting 6-0. Rodgers threw 31 touchdowns that season, his lowest total in a full season since 2010. He completed a career low 60.7 percent of his passes, while passing for the fewest yards per game of his career.

“There’s no indication that Rodgers’ relationship status has changed. Lions reporters said they spotted Rodgers’ girlfriend, actress Olivia Munn, at Lambeau Field on Sunday,” Demovsky wrote. “Sometimes it’s easy to forget that professional athletes have lives away from the field, and you never know what could be going on in their personal lives.”

The Packers were 4-6 heading into Week 12, before igniting on a run to the NFC Championship Game. That run was largely due to Rodgers posting a 117.8 passer rating during an eight-game winning streak. He completed 68.9 percent of his passes for 298.1 yards per game, while tossing 21 touchdowns and just one interception during the streak.

Munn, 36, has starred in HBO’s The Newsroom, X-Men Apocalypse, The Daily Show, and more.

Rodgers’ Packers have gone to the playoffs for eight consecutive seasons. It only failed to reach the postseason once during his tenure, the first year he was a full-time starter. Brett Favre’s Packers made the postseason in 11 of his 16 seasons as a starter.

Favre, a three-time All-Pro and Super Bowl champion, posted a 13-11 playoff record. Rodgers, 33, owns a 9-7 record in the postseason.
