Paris-bound flight from LA diverted to Utah for security

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Federal officials say an Air France flight bound for Paris from Los Angeles was diverted to Salt Lake City because of security concerns.

Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Allen Kenitzer says the Air France Flight 65, an Airbus A-380, landed safely in Salt Lake City on Tuesday night and the passengers were getting off and being bussed to a terminal.

Kenitzer says he could offer no further details on the security issue.
