Feb. 2 (UPI) — “The Boz” is back in the Burgh, but probably not the one you are thinking of.

Pittsburgh Steelers kicker Chris Boswell re-signed on a one-year, $615,000 contract Thursday, according to multiple reports. He inked an exclusive rights tender to remain with the team, according to NFL Network reporter James Palmer.

Boswell, 25, made six field goals in the Steelers’ AFC divisional round win against the Kansas City Chiefs. A tendered player can only sign with the team he is tendered by. He has hit 50-of-57 career attempts in two seasons with the Steelers. Boswell can become a restrict free agent after this season, if he doesn’t work out a longer deal with the Steelers.

The Steelers kicker has made 62-of-63 of his career extra point attempts.
