NEW YORK, Dec. 19 (UPI) — Rappers Papoose and Remy Ma, who were married over the phone in 2008, finally enjoyed a dream wedding at the Aria Wedding and Banquet venue in Connecticut.
AllHipHop.com reported Saturday the formal affair was captured by cameras for the couple’s reality show Love & Hip Hop New York. Season 6 of the docu-series ended with Papoose proposing to Remy Ma.
The pair first exchanged vows while Remy Ma was behind bars for shooting a friend. She was released from prison in August 2014.
VH1, which airs Love & Hip Hop, said the guest list for Remy Ma and Papoose’s wedding included Keyshia Cole, Yandy Smith and JuJu.
