LOS ANGELES, Sept. 23 (UPI) — Rob Kardashian surprised fans by sharing a text message from Karrueche Tran on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old reality star set off a firestorm on social media by posting a screenshot of his conversation with the 27-year-old model on Instagram. Tran was listed as “Karroooooooooochieeeeeee” in Kardashian’s phone, and had sent the star a selfie.
“I like when she sends me pictures,” he captioned the photo. He later changed it to, “Yall dumb af I been Friends with Karoooooch since high school. [Expletive] outta here with your negative [expletive],” before deleting the snapshot altogether.
Fans went wild over the exchange, with many speculating about Kardashian and Tran’s possible romance. The model is known for her on-again, off-again relationship with Chris Brown, whom she broke up with in March after discovering the rapper fathered a child.
Kardashian has kept out of the spotlight in recent years, but is expected to make a comeback in the near future. The reality star is reportedly working to lose weight with the help of personal trainer Gunnar Peterson and brother-in-law Kanye West after gaining 100 pounds.
