May 25 (UPI) — Chris Paul did his best Steph Curry shimmy dance after hitting a shot in his face during the Houston Rockets’ Game 5 win against the Golden State Warriors.

The Rockets guard deployed the troll move during the Rockets’ 98-94 win Thursday at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. Paul injured his hamstring later in the game and his status for Game 6 of the Western Conference finals is undetermined.

He had himself a night in Game 5, scoring 20 points and tallying seven rebounds, six assists and three steals for the Rockets.

Perhaps his most entertaining play occurred with about 6:30 remaining in the third quarter. Paul drew some tight defense from Curry on the play. He dribbled out past the left elbow on the 3-point line. Paul jabbed Curry and stepped back to hit a long 3-pointer. He drained the straightaway shot, giving the Rockets a 59-57 lead.

After hitting the shot, Paul turned toward Curry and did his token shimmy dance. Paul did so without smiling as Curry ran back in transition while trying to laugh it off.

“If you can shimmy on someone else you gotta be alright getting shimmied on,” Curry told reporters.

Curry finished the night with 22 points, seven rebounds, six assists and four steals. Kevin Durant led all scorers with 29 points. He also had four rebounds and a block in the loss. Eric Gordon led the Rockets with 24 points.

Game 6 of the series tips off at 9 p.m. Saturday at Oracle Arena in Oakland, Calif.
