SACRAMENTO, Dec. 7 (UPI) — A night after his team lost, it was still Rajon Rondo’s play that had Sacramento Kings fans still talking Monday.
Rondo, who scored seven points and had 10 assists in the 98-95 loss to Oklahoma City, had one of the passes of the season.
Late in the fourth quarter, the guard slipped under the rim from a rebound, and then fired a no-look-behind-the-back pass to the top of the three-point line. Teammate Marco Belinelli caught the pass and drained a three-pointer.
Rondo, 29, is averaging 12.3 points, 10.9 assists, 6.8 rebounds and 1.9 steals per game in 22 games this season.
