PARIS, April 20 (UPI) — Italian astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti decided to channel Capt. Kathryn Janeway by donning a Star Trek: Voyager uniform and taking a selfie on the ISS.
Cristoforetti took the photo with the SpaceX Dragon capsule in the background docking on the ISS to deliver supplies including the very important staple of coffee.
Cristoforetti doesn’t just have the look of Janeway. She also has the same rank. Cristoforetti is a captain in the Italian Air Force.
