LOS ANGELES, June 29 (UPI) — Sarah Hyland is hard at work as Candie’s creative director.

The 25-year-old actress unveiled her first ad campaign for the brand Tuesday after being named Candie’s first-ever creative director in April.

“So excited to be the first ever Candie’s creative director! #Sarah4Candies,” she captioned a photo of herself posing with her dog Barkley.

Candie’s followed up by posting a behind-the-scenes video from Hyland’s shoot, writing, “Introducing our Candie’s creative director, @therealsarahhyland!” The clip sees the actress show off some of her favorite pieces from the line.

“As the new creative director, I am excited to show the Candie’s girl, and the professional, working woman, how she can go into that more sophisticated phase in her life, while still keeping her style girly, fresh, and fun,” Hyland said in a statement.

Candie’s was founded in 1981 and is available for purchase in Kohl’s stores. Singer Britney Spears and actresses Vanessa Hudgens, Lea Michele and Bella Thorne are among the celebrities who have represented the brand.

Hyland is best known for playing Haley Dunphy on the ABC sitcom Modern Family. She will also portray Lisa Houseman, elder sister to Baby (Abigail Breslin), in ABC’s forthcoming TV remake of Dirty Dancing.
